Quick shakedown ride to test the new panniers and navigation setup.
Setup
- Bike: Gravel setup with 38mm tires
- Bags: Front and rear panniers (10 L total)
- Nav: Phone mount + offline maps
Notes
The panniers rattle on rough pavement—need to adjust straps. Phone mount holds steady even on gravel sections. Battery lasted the full 3-hour ride with screen on.
Next: longer overnight test run.
